Any Advice?

Description: This is the ugly side of my water dragon enclosure. The wooden beam is screwed to the stand to support one of the heat lamps and bring a few outlets closer to the top. Altogether there are two neon lite fixtures, two clamp heaters, one water heater, two filters, one air pump with areator hose, and one underwater light. I used a few cable ties and tucked some of the wires behind the tank (has background). Any advice on my jumble of cords?

Hopeless Romantic meant for a different world

Is this a fire hazard? there are 9 appliance, three extension cords and one timer all plugged into a 4 way Monster Power center. Should I worry? One of my heat lamps caught on fire once (it was in a misting zone), but I may just have weird luck. I guess I just worry about the 20gallon tank being on top of everything.

Its not an imediate fire hazard but be careful...if some plugs are not needed all 24/7, then unplug em till they are needed...this way you prevent some bit.

Very nice looking set up, you were asking for advice on the looks of the cords and what not. Well, you could use some flexie vine silk plant stuff to make them not as noticable or you could go for the cord keeper thingys, the flexible plastic tubes to cover the cords, and a simple fix, paint the wood that same color as the tanks supports, mak it kinda disappear so to speak. Oh, what part of San Diego are you living at?? I'm living here as well. Later
