Description: small finch very active chestnut brown with black head .not a society or spice smaller than them also bottom beak looks like a light grey color the top beakblack. tail looks black or maybe dark brown

i noticed it has some blue matalic on the shoulder wings . seen only at a angle. please help identify this bird ...

Discription from The Finch Hand Book
3 inches Male and Female:Head,black with a metalic green sheen;back and wings, earth brown;recently molted primareis have narrow light outlines that can suggest a checkerboard pattern;sholders have a black spot;tail,black;belly,whitewith brown sides where wide bands on feathers from crossbarring;under tail coverts white with blackish brown crossbarring.
