ID spider please

Description: Please help me ID this spider. I apologize for the bit of blur, but he was on the move and I had the wrong lens. The legs appear to be hairless and a bright red. Thank you for your help.

Looks like a male Callabius Serverus (no common name). It lives in the Pacific Northwest and is not considered dangerous to humans.
