Wasp Mosquito Thingy

Description: I found this strange insect in my garden. On it's back it has a black and yellow pattern like a bee but it has the legs and a sucker of a mosquito. It hovers as it flies and I have no idea what it is. Any suggestions?

It appears to be a One Horned Fluffly Pipsnit.

This is a hummingbird moth. It is a moth that flies like a hummingbird and sticks it's nose in flowers for nectar just like the hummingbird. They are very cool! Rating: 4/5
