This is the new 6'x3'x3'home for my red tegus, Loiosh and Rocza. They spent the whole day exploring and basking and digging. As soon as the wider piece of glass comes in, the litter dam will be taller and the substrata deeper.
Yes, crested geckos. I have two adult males and one adult female just getting big enough to breed. They are really very comical, with their big eyes and their 'smile.' The little ones are a riot to watch.
There are supposedly a lot of tokays loose in south Florida. People used to get them and let them loose in the house to eat roaches. Supposedly if you put a toilet paper roll down behind the fridge, they would sleep there in the daytime. Actually, what happened was that they perched up near the ceiling and left lizard poo down the wall! lol

Yea lol I wouldnt release a tokay in the house.
The cresteds are popular I like those and the leaf tail geckos.
Do you use extra heat for your cresteds or infact use AC?
I know some geckos prefer it cool at night thats why I ask.

Cresties are neat in that they like the same temps we do. I use no heat, and we have air running all the time. In fact,I worried about it getting too hot in here with no air. They supposedly do not tolerate much over 80 degrees.
