Caiman enclosure

that is an excellent enclosure! i love it! how'd you come across the tank? i have a 6foot tank at home but 9feet!... thats huge! beautiful set up! are you going to put a dwarf or smooth from caiman in it? what size?

The enxclosure is totally made of glass. I orderd the ready cut class sheets and put them together using silicon.
It is a temporary enclosure for two caiman crocodilus.

No I dont think its the Best thing for a 14 year old to have but hey Im only 16. But think there could be a lot worse things he could get.

nice set-up. do you have dry land in there, just curious. I owned my first caiman at 15, Now 11 years later I have 4 a. gators 2 dwarf caimen and want to get a nile. I also have numerous other herps. As long as you read up on it and study everything you can before you start I personally don't see a problem

Sure there is dry land in that enclosure. You can see it on the right. The whole bottom of the setup is water and the land area is a board.

It's a selfmade tank. I orderd the glass sheets and put them together using silicone. Only the glass without anything else was about 1600 Euro.
