No problems so far. I've had this setup for about 3 months now. I clean all of the tubs completely about 2 times a week to keep the smell down. The wheels seem to keep the mice occupied with something other than trying to escape. Some of the tubs only have 1.2 mice but a couple have 1.3. The most I have had in any at a time is 1.2.27, but I took about 20 of the pinks after 2 days. The remaining 1.2.7 seem to be doing really well though. Thanks for replying.

are those just sterilite storage drawers like you would get from the dollar store? did you make any special modifications to them?

They aren't sterilite, but yes, just like the ones at the dollar store. I got these at target, for about $9 each set (1 set is 3 drawers). The only modifications made were lots of ventilation holes drilled at the top edge of the sides and back of each tub, and a large hole for the water bottle on the front of each. If you want to give this a shot, make sure you get the ones that have no chewalble corners on the insides of the tubs.

I got the white ones from the dollar store. The first night, I had mice everywhere. They jumped to the top of the drawer, and chewed their way through. I checked these out and they look deeper than the ones I have. BEWARE- the ones at the dollar store WILL NOT WORK!!! I have to try these. They are cheaper than these expensive rodent breeding racks that is for sure.
