Feeding Ball Python

You feed your snakes on the living room floor?

That appears to be. Why does it matter where he feeds it???

You do not feed a snake on the floor.....its stupid and is going to stress the snake out like crazy.

why would that stress out the snake!! you obvesiouly dont know much about snakes!!!!!!! if a snake is stressed it WONT EAT! now notice that there is a ball coiled around a mouse and is preparing to eat it there for the snake is not stressing about anything!! why would it matter if it is on the floor as compared to the kitchen table or card board box!? dont reply to posts if you are going to be an ignorant!!!

it really doesnt matter where i feed my snake. Most people think just becuase breeders feed in their racks, they should feed in a tub. My snake has not missed any meals as of yet and 90% of them have been fed on the carpet. I feed in a cardboard box now lined with newspaper for fresh killed Rats (the blood flies everywhere! especially when their nerves have those jumping reflexes)....going to start to feed Frozen thawed on newsprint put on the floor incase it gets messy. Its now 500-650 grams so i dont care what you say. she eats like a champ no matter i put her.

i think that DMreptilez is just another one of those ignorant people who does not have any experience with snakes at all. because it just is is not a good backup as to why it is not good to feed the snake on the floor and stressing the snake like crazy? If the snake is stressed like crazy it might die, but there in the pic you just see a bp happily constricting a mouse. canadianbacon, do you feed your snakes on your floor? I think that some people dont like that idea because you for 1.walk around on your carpet, and who knows wat kind of bacteria might be teeming on your feet that could get on the carpet! thats just my 1 cent.

lol i feed some of my snakes on the floor sometimes (the smaller ones anyway)

I agree with benz he probley is 1 of thoese ppl that dont know eny thing about snakes and trys to act like he knows alot about snakes.
