This is really a easy plant to care for. Its safe for use with any reptile? not poisonous?

It’s slightly poisonous to mammals (don't let your cat chew on it), but fine for reptiles. The emerald-boa breeder, Stan Chiras, uses them all the time. My own emerald loves hers.

But what happen if crickets eat them in a gecko terrarium?

Try asking your question over in the “Geckos” forum at:

http://forums.kingsnake.com/forum.php?catid=48

and see what other lizard people think. I don’t believe the crickets would be alive in the cage long enough to absorb enough toxins to harm anything that eats them, but, if that is a concern, there are other plants that one could use; it’s just that few plants are as care-free as pothos are.
