I built this cage myself for my beardies. Its dimensions are, 56 inches in length by 32 inches in depth and 18 inches in heigth. The frame is made of pine and I used plexy-glass for the windows, the top is on hinges and covered with aluminum screen. The entire cage was under $100. I think it came out well, what do you think?
Well I actually think that cage is pretty darn cool. Nothing beats a personally designed and built cage!

Hey Flamer, thank you for your intrest in my cage. Unfortunately I have no blue prints or instructions for building my beardie cage, I pretty much just had a visual in my head and went from there. I'm sorry for any inconvienence, if I had more time I'd be more than happy to build one for you.

Hey Noah, I got the plexi-glass at The Home Depot. I forgot the exact price, I remeber it was pretty cheap, they'll cut it to size for you aswell.

rmkreptiles, I have changed the items in their cage, although my berdies dont like hidding too much, my female Senna hides out every once and a while. I put bigger huts in their cage along with a long piece of drift wood my friend gave me. I'm pretty sure Masi & Senna enjoy their home, as long as there's food avalible :)

Papa Puff, I use one 100 watt and one 150 watt bulb for the basking areas, they are "Repti Basking Spot Lamp". Good luck.

Hey Dragon10, the two lights in the cage our my only source of UV light for my beardies. I also bask them in natural unfiltered sun light at least once a week for 1-3 hours. Do you have any other recomendations?
