I like both of your condos. Did you build them? IF so could u send me the blueprints?? I need to make something like that so I can have more room.

I actually took a shortcut. I went to Ikea and bought the "Efectiv" combination and added sliding glass doors and radiant heating from pro products. The extra holes inside, I filled with wood putty and sanded. I used a 2" PVC drain as a vent in the back. An $8 light fixture in the back. The larger one came to about $500 total after everything was included. $300 for the small. Not the cheapest, but I liked the wood look and I worked on it myself instead of buying a pre-made one. I didn't use any blueprints, just working off the top of my head. If you want, I could take more closeup pics and send them to you. Glad you like what I did. :)
