Im too scared to go any bigger, I dont know how in the crap I am going to get a good job. But if only society would be cool and accept people then maybe I could do what I want.

Mine are 6g. Not that big, but I could go bigger. It is all about plugs. Your ears look fine for getting a job. It seems that once the plugs go past like 0g it might start getting harder to find a job.

For what it is worth, and this may just be my experience, but what gets the job is much more than the appearance, and if you can outweigh your appearance with your qualifications and needed criteria, most employers can get past your appearance. I personaly am a manager at a major grocery store. Granted they would probably like a more sophisticated looking individual, but they know that I do a better job than most of those types any way. I have my ears gauged to 11/16", my left cartlidge at 10g, and a 10g lip ring, plus tattoos...not your average manager, and beyond that, I just turned 19. Society will always be a prick, people will always get you down, but if you are going to deny yourself, for a job, how will it ever become acceptable for people to be tattooed, pierced, or even modified in the work place. I am not trying to start a revolution, or make a "kiss my a$$" statement. My simple point is, you CAN get a good job, you CAN make a difference in people's opinions, and if more pierced and tattooed people get their balls together and join the every day working people, we will no longer be as shunned and stereotyped as we are in society's trash heap. Out of common courtesy, I wear long sleeved shirts when I have big corporate meetings, or when district managers come through. I am not hiding who I am, or trying to put on a facade, these people know I am modified, they know I am different, and they respect me for the job I do. I do not plan on staying at this job forever. I am going to continue school and go on with my life. Simple point...in our lifetime, we will never fully be accepted for tattoos and piercings and implants and tongue splittings and any of that, but if we don't want to smother the chances of the rest of the modified world to come, we have to live life to its fullest and not hide in the shadows of todays ideal acceptance policy! Some day the world will see it through God's eyes, it is not the outside that counts, it is the nature and intent of the heart!!

Beautify America...get a tattoo!!
