We found this budgie wandering outside in the rain!

My girfriend (BudgieB) found this little blue budgie outside near our apartment complex. He was cold, wet, dirty and very hungry. We have him in a luxurious cage and he has become so tame! I can't believe we found him! We named him Buzz.

That's funny. We have Pete, a cockatiel that landed on Granny's head. He didn't want to eat what her tiels do, so he's one of ours now.

Thanks everyone for the positive comments!! Buzz has developed quite a personality and he's one hell of a clown!! We're not going to clip his wings yet, because he has become quite accustomed to landing on an outstretched hand. It still amazes me that we found Buzz out in the stormy weather!!

I always say..."everything happens for a reason!" Glad he found you! I have 2 parakeets I've had for about 3 years...they are currently sitting on 6 little eggs...can't wait to see if they hatch!

Yeah this little guy happened for a reason... He insists on being out of his cage and he mimicks every noise you make. I wonder where he came from? We've been checking the lost/found ads and nothing turned up! Almost 6 weeks now and he's made himself right at home...
