I doubt she's gonna find a mouse up there, but this is usually where she goes when she gets out of her cage.

Beautiful Snake!!!! I just got a Green Anaconda, I saw some of your pictures, and they seem really tame, do you know a good way to tame them?

Since the day I got them at two weeks old, they spent the majority of the time with me. I took them with me everywhere. When i was home, i'd have them out. The female, which is the one in the pic, I never had any problems with. she just loves people. The male took a few days of handling before he realized that i wasn't going to hurt him, and after that I never had a problem. How often are you feeding yours?

I'm feeding it one large mouse a week, but when I got it, it was pretty thin, so I fed it 2 medium sized mice that week. It is also W/C, so that doesn't help... But it's usually pretty calm, I don't really have any problems when I first get it out, then after about 3 minutes of wondering and holding, it gets testy..

Some Animals are like that. They get tired of being held, and can't just look up at you and say "hey YOU, put me down". ya know. so they bite you instead =) When I first started carrying them around, i'd have them in the palm of one hand and held my other hand over them. Then, as they got bigger, I started carrying them around in my backpack. now when i'm home, they'll sit in my papasan chair and look for a shirt or something to curl up in, calm as can be.
