Does it have any chance of being a het pied? I'm trying to figure out if these are more likely in pied lines or not. Hard to tell though as with enough people working pied projects they are bound to have a few show up even if not related at all. I got one out of a possible het pied this year but the majority of my babies this year where from possible het pieds anyway.

I have searched the internet for months trying to find any article or note about getting ringers or piebalds out of breeding two ringers, I found nothing. I only heared of people getting normal babies. I have two adult ringers myself, they copulated several times since september. So I hope to give you better news in a few months ! I keep my fingers crossed but I don't think it is genetic.
By the way, am I the only one who can distinguish more than one type of ringer???? Did people breed two different types together with no result? I know I have two of the same types (the same as you have).

About my ringer... Of course I’m not absolutely sure if they are genetic, but I do hope so. I got them in Germany and both parents are ringers. I’ve seen them myself. They had even more beautiful ones, but they were sold quickly. In a couple of years I’ll try to breed ringer with 100% het piebald and other X ringer. Exciting, but it needs patience for some years.
Bye.
