Keywords: Iguana Diet

Everyday my Rhino Iguanas get a plate of only the feshest collards, swiss chard, mustard, dandelion, parsley, kale, bok choy, and hibiscus leaves. On top they get green beans, asparagus, alfalfa sprouts, bell peppers, cactus pads, and sometimes brocolli. Three different kind of grated veggies (zucchini, summer squah, banana squah, carrots), twice a week they get papaya, mango or apples, strawberries and grapes, when in season cactus fruit.

Nice to see someone feeding their iguana a great diet for once.

Don't forget though that Kale and Bok choy are crucfers and can lead to goiter if over fed!

Thank you, I am well aware of this. I make sure that Kale, Turnip greens, bok choy, and beet greens are only given once-twice a week. They are only 1/8 of the greens on the plate at that time.
