yes it is a heat rock its the ones with the termometer to i can program the temp.don't worry they are safe.

yeah but leos or any other herp cant regulate heat like that from their underbellys best thing for that would be a UTH with a humid hide on top for their underbelly heat and a heat lamp overhead for their back heat..this helps digestion as well as alot of other things...just a suggestion..

I use UTH and they work really well, I do use a termostat with mine, and I would higly recomend one :-]. Cute leos by the way.
