This is an asian snake (philippines) and I have no clue what this is. Deadly or Friendly?

I think it is a paradox flying snake. It is rear fanged and mildly venomous. You should not have to worry about it because they rarly bite and the venom is not that strong.

Definitely a species of flying snake, rearfanged but not deadly, would make a great pet if you can feed it lizards.

if i were to take a guess..i'd say its a twin barred tree snake(chrysopelea pelias) a magnificent and rare species...great find!
