yes, ifeed her live animals. she is under close supervision at all times when i feed though. i hold back the feet if they are digging or knock out the rabbit if it trys to bit. she is my baby and i cant afford scars.

That is a great looking snake, you should switch her over to f/t ASAP rabbits can do some serious damage to a beautiful snake like that.

Hey guru, didn't he just say it won't take dead prey! It's natures way and if you don't like it, then that's your problem. Some of my snakes need to have live prey first and then they will take something dead after they are in feeding mode.
Great looking burm and that is one heck of a good sized meal! Should last her a while. Good luck with that beautiful burm!

"please eat this animal" snakes eat animals, thats what they do! Whats fun for the rabbit, being frozen to death, gased, thumped on the head?

If you are worried about the animals feelings than you had better go out into the wild and save them all. Its all natural, let it go!

Do we wonder how the rabbit feels, I'll tell you what its feeling. first off the rabbits scared out of its skin. Second the rabbit is feeling the air beeing squeezed from its lungs and probably its bones are cracking under the pressure. That rabbit is feeling great pain, that rabbit is feeling death approching rather quickly but thats the way it is and if you dont like it go and have a cry about it somewhere else.

Ok reptile gurl you breed rabbits so thats why you hate the pic. Well I breed rabbits for food and pets and I could care less what the rabbit feels I'm more worried about my snake and I'm sure that the other people are too. It's a heck of alot cheaper than buying rats and mice.
