Umm i really dont think so...Sudans as far as i know are a dark brown and black with white...ehh...?
If i was a betting man id say it is not a sudan...

looks more like a curly tailed lizard but the picture is really blurry

that is a northern curly tailed lizard also called a bahaman curly tail scientific name leocephalus personatus.hope this helps
