hey, i been wondering ...i got a cichlids tank 75 gal for bout 6 months now and i need to do a water change ..i'm afraid wen i add in water it gonna be to cold for the fish , can u tell me step by step how to do water changes for cichlid tanks?

Nice Tank! Maybe some live plants or drift wood would make it look a little less stark, but great hob with the rocks. as for the person asking about water changes, You can just use warm tap water, and add your dechlorinator, and it should be fine for them. Unless you cant get warm tap water for some reason??? then just buy a cheapy heater and put it in the bucket to warm up the water first.

woa!! where did u get those rocks?? i cant find any.

In reply to reptile gal -- I have similar rocks which I simply gathered from a local water-front, cleaned up and disinected. Been using them for years without any problems -- cheaper than buyin'em that's for sure!! ;)
