This is a hatchling white sided black rat snake, who keeps having bad sheds. Every time she sheds(once every 4-5 weeks), this happens. She looks like this, and sheds in pieces for about a week(and that's with soaking!). anyone know why?

maybe your not soaking it enough, or maybe its stressed?
