Raleigh Mole Kings

Hey; Thanks for sharing this pic. May 07,2003 a pair almost the spitting image of these was discovered today in my neighbors yard. A year to the day basicly. Once again this snake has fallen victim to bad identification. The neighbor acted before I was made aware so I was only able to save the larger darker of the two(mistaken for copperhead). I guess the smaller more colorful one was the male? Did you experience any trouble maintaining this snake? Thinking of releasing this one somewhere in the outskirts of town. Although; it really seems to be a cool snake. Anyway, just thought it was interesting; the likeness and time of year. Great pic. From Virginia,BTW. Sure wish I could have saved the pair, though.
