hey, i been wondering ...i got a cichlids tank 75 gal for bout 6 months now and i need to do a water change ..i'm afraid wen i add in water it gonna be to cold for the fish , can u tell me step by step how to do water changes for cichlid tanks?

what i used to do..when I had a 150 gallon tank is set the water that I will be adding to the tank in pails ,i would then put some of that water in a pot on the stove and warm it slowly until the aquarium thermometer would read the same as the warming water then add it to the remaining water in the pail then add to the tank
