I was wondering if this is a Gray treefrog(hyla versicolor)? Does it have very bright yellow/orange on the inside of his hind legs, and can change color. This looks like the Gray treefrog's that I catch in the spring.

yes it has yellow on his legs. My coworker found him where we work and he was about to get eaten.

They are a really interesting species to work with. Have you seen the emerald green color they can change to yet?

If this is the same gray treefrog(hyla versicolor)they do.These frogs have 48 chromosones, twice the amount of the "normal" 24. They can change color from a emerald green to brown and even a milk white color with black markings. I will take some pics when they emerge from hibernation and post up all the different color's they can change. Not to mention they have extra toepads allowing them to stick to anything!You are lucky to have such a interesting species.
