This photo was taken about a month before she passed away. She was my first gecko and will always be special to me... She was always very gentle, and wouldn't mind being held at all. If i put my hand in the tank she'd come to it.
She struggled to the end.
She stopped eating when she was about 2 years old, I'm still not sure why but the vet said it might have been an infection that slowly ate away her stomach. I fed her reptile supplements 4-5 times a day to try to get her weight up. She was once very large, but she died 4 months after she stopped eating. I feel horrible for forcing her to eat... I should have just let her go.
She will be missed...
