Geomyda japonica Setup

Good lookin setup. But, I see 2 problems. No UVB light, and personally, I would be using a heater in the water. These are Asian turtles, so they are naturally found in warm water. You can use a simple submersible heater.

before you critizize someone better get the facts straight, 1st of all japonica need to be kept cool,another the lighting is UVB...

Looks great! Good luck with them. BTW, I was wondering how you keep the water in the vision. Do u put it in a seperate container?

My bad, only Asian turtles I have kept are Ambos. Guess I shouldnt have assumed anything. Are you using one of those T-Rex actuve UV heat bulbs? If so, you like them?
