No, its not a Cape morph. Its markings are to broad for a Cape Puffadder. If you have an oportunaty, caunt the scales rows between the eye edge and mouth edge, it should be 4. I think this is one from the Tanzania area. The're are ugly puffadders and nice ones, this is certainly one of the most beautiful I've seen sofar.
