Great pic, gaboons can have fangs up to 2in. How did you get that pic, was it aggression, yawning, or what?

Nice picture, very well taken. I have seen a Black Mamba once in Tanzania. I was wondering if you have any side angle shots with the fangs displayed.

Sorry it has taken me so long to get back to everyone. I was lucky enough to get thos pic after he ate. He was adjusting his jaw back into place. I didn't get any side shot's. I wish I had. Yes the Gaboon has the longest fang's of any venomous snake's and I do believe the Puff Adder also in the Bitis family has the second longest.
