How common are these in AR? I have never seen or heard of this snake 'til I caught one yesterday while raking my yard. I played with him for a little bit before letting him go. Just curious. He looked identical to this one.

i have caught similar snakes. they had very high contrast of orange on there underside. great little snakes, i never kept one tho. they were so small i had no idea what they ate or what they were. i wasnt even sure if it was venomous or not. but they never showed any agression towards me.
