I put a gecko in the corns cage to hold it for a few days till my longnose needed to eat again and the corn ate it! never seen a corn eat a gecko before.
no it's not cool to feed your corn live prey. always feed any snake prekilled or frozen/thawed. and my comment for this picture. corn will eat lizards in the wild. so it was really stupid to stick the lizard in there. and also if your houseing both those corns together it's a bad ideah. corn have been known to be cannabalistic at times. it happens.

You should definitly not be feeding those two corns together, i'm supprised that the other one did not grab the gecko as well and eat the other corn too.
P.S feeding live animals to snakes is in general not nice and brown snakes are cool.

...what...the...hell..is wrong with u?!...some accident u had there...lets see..snake+gecko+anothersnake= stupid owner....damn i hate people like that...u guys are sick...do it at ur own leisure...dont' freakin post stupid pics like this...acting dumb like u wouldn't know what would happen...and like the previous guy said...u probably wouldve lost a lot more than u bargained for...poor gecko...poor snakes...poor anything that u have...damn...u need to stop killing the herp hobby...its not looking good as it is...ur just putting more ammo into the guns of those people that wanna shut down this hobby...its not like ur corn can't eat anything else...ITS A CORN SNAKE...they are known to be good eaters...OF MICE...stop making these stupid "accidents"...i hate people like u...

If anything is going to kill the hobby, it's people going off in a public forum. Non-herpers read these posts all the time, they form thier opinions about our hobby by what we say here. Additionally, just because someone feeds their herps live prey doesn't mean they are wrong, it's their decision.

Dont you know corns must be fed alone.I think you are risking the health of you snake feeding live prey.Many lizards carry a parasite load.Sorry i cant rate your photo as there is not a minus scale.

don't worry bro, i understand that you put it there for your longnose. i have two, and two asian vines and they only eat house gecko's. i've never put prey they end up not eating in another snake tank though....i have have tanks just for house geckos that are about to get torn up. i've never seen a corn eat a lizard either, but i don't really know too much about them so it's all fair game to me.
