Is that a cobra? Is that your finger? Is that, like, safe?

WoW!!! AWSOME!!! That has got to be the best looking albino mono that I've seen! And the surgery on the guy looks great and natural! I'm not against moids at all, but if some people here give you bad comments, just ignore them! You are very lucky to have such a beautiful snake!

Neshort,

The little guy is venomoid, which means he got surgery and he can not evenomonate any more. So its safe. His teeth are razor sharp though:).

Bmx,

Thanks man... I know he is a great animal and the scars healed very well.:) I guess he will get more beautiful after a couple more sheds.

Just out of curiosity, what was your reason for making it venomoid?

I am a geneticist and I study snakes. I don't wanna get killed and I don't want my family get killed.

Buy even if it wasn't related to my work I still would cos scientificly venemoids live more and I'd like my pet to live longest.

Now I know why your SN is stoopid.....
I talked to many people, venomoids do live a long time and the surgery doesn't hurt them, it just stops them from producing venom.

Great just what we need another venomoid. That's just wrong! Get a colubrid if you want something to hold. You know there are cases of them producing venom even after :-). Pray you aren't one of the unlucky ones haha

Simple massages from simple people.

I am a biolog, please can you explain me that how can an animal produce something without that organ still in there?

Can you produce tiroksin without your tiroid glands? If you can let me know so we can save people's life...

I wanted an elapid not a colubrid and I got one. Thats it, end of conversation.

man......why are all you ppl giving him crap about owning a venomoid! he found domthing he wanted and persued getting it. whats wrong with that plus if the surgery was so bad for the snake then it probably wouldnt be eating and end up dying and that looks like a nice healthy snake to me so obviously the surgery did not harm him at all. i dont get why you ppl are judging this man like you know him or somthing. anyway, thats a beautiful snake yasin and good luck with him and the rest of your snakes.

Thanks man.

I have nothing against these people but they are attacking from everywere like piranhas.

I post on something on the Cobra forum to show how clever these animals are and to encourage people to become more careful, but they just come and insult.

I post something detailed about venomoids in Viper forum because somebody actually asked about and some dude comes and calls me moron(later on deleted by Kingsnake).

I am not a Venomoid seller, I am not trying to get profit from this I just tell people what I believe based on some facts and my experiences with these animals but only think they do is insulting.

I am probably gonna stop posting anyways and they will win. But I love my animals and I try to take as good care of them and I believe thats what counts for the animals.

Thanks again for the support.

that's an awesome snake, venomoid or not, people are always going to talk crap about something they don't have, just ignore it cuz you have a healthy snake and life goes on outside these message boards

Ok I have mixed emoitions about this. Beautiful snake, and i gotta give you the credit for keeping your family safe. BUT seriously must you alter an animal in order to keep it? why not take the step and learn to work with venomous snakes. I mean seriously think if it was the other way around and you were the animal. would you want someone to remove your testicals because they didnt want you to produce sperm? its just not right for the snake to be subjected to it. And there are no studies that say that venomoids live longer than hots. The studies actually are showing it to be the other way around because the venom actually helps in digestion for these snakes. Anywho, beautiful snake (im getting one soon myself but it will be HOT), but bad practice on the venomoid issue
