MURPHY'S LAW Everything that can go wrong will go wrong. The only time something's right is when everyone agrees its wrong.

i'm not sure what it is myself..i was told by a forrest ranger that they were trilobite beetle larvae. Those were found in borneo. normally found on tree barks. bout 2 inches long and they hardly move.

Biologist from Netherlands

These are beetle larvae, normally from the family Silphidae.
They use to live on carrion and other dead stuff.
Nice pic!!
Greetings Gerard

i checked out silphidae larvae on the net and they look nothing like the pic..further investigating revealed that they are trilobite larvae..

Have loved Herps, Bugs, and Dinos for 25 years....and I'm 24

they are cool! but, just making sure everyone knows, trilobites died out back in the late Permian...about 300 million years ago. I'm not sure what these guys are, but they are definitely cool, and look like they dont taste too cool.
