It could be a cut or maybe scale rot. You can wash the area with surgical scrub and treat it with Neosporin. It should clear up. . If it does not improve, you will most likely need to take the snake to the vet

snakes dont have belly butons. do they? ive never noticed one on mine.

They have belly buttons in the first month of their lives. It will close afterwards.
