Wow!!!! I am looking for a female (a few) for breeding with my 2 year old frilly. Any suggestions. Are you selling your babies. Are they Australlian or New Guenia (can't spell)?

There are 6 babies all together. I will keep back 1-2 girls for myself, but will sell a few in a month or two, once they are established. I'll post some pics of them on the frilly forum once they start to look like something. Thanks for the comment.

question, what did you put in your tank for your female to lay her eggs in?
Did you separate the female after?

thanx

I've set up laying females two different ways, providing enough(6-12 inches) substrate(soil, sand, spagnum- 1/3 of each) in the enclosure or by moving them to another set-up. I prefer to move them for 3 reasons- I know where and when they are laid, and cagemates cannot damage eggs. Once a female starts to dig I move her to a large storage tote full of substrate with a basking lamp on one end. Eggs are laid in 1-3 days. If you would like more info post it on the forum and I'll try to get back to you sooner.
