hey I have a bearded dragon about that same size maybe little smaller.He a normal bearded no color morph,puff is 2 months is that the right size ? thx

click on "see all of Felissa's photos" up there, the pics "Real Big" and "Gettin Big" are what he looks like now, four months later. (That's actually supposed to say February, and not January, I kinda messed that up) I'd have to say he's approximately six months now.

go to beautifuldragons.com I've pretty much followed the nutrition information there. He gets crickets, silkworms and sometimes mealworms. He didn't like greens as much at first, but I just kept giving those to him before any bugs, and he eventually would eat them. He gets collard greens, cactus pad, mustard greens, and turnip greens. I also give him fruit occasionally (he looooves raspberries) and he gets waxworms as treats. I dust his bugs with Rep-Cal calcium w/D3 and Herptivite

where go you get cactus pads.I need to know how much to feed my beardie.he is about 1 foot and 2 in.

It helps to live in a neighborhood with ethnic variety. My local grocery store carries fun things like cactus pads and other foods you don't normally see in big-chain stores. (remember to cut the spines off the cactus!!) He gets fed 2-3 times a day. Think of it like breakfast lunch and dinner. And always remember there needs to be at least two hours between the last feeding and lights out, to give him time to digest.
