This is a very young, possibly hatching, Red-Legged Tarantula, scientific name B. Smithi. In time this Spider will develop an impressive color pattern with a black abdomen, tan-rimmed black cephalothorax, and black legs with red bands at the joints, hence the common name. One drawback about this species is they're notorious hair-flickers, flicking irritating hairs on thier abdomens with thier back legs. The hairs can be seen clearly in this photo on the top-rear of the abdomen, ready to wreak havoc with the eyes, nose, and mouth of anyone that'd give the Spider a hard time.
