I was wondering if anyone could help me identify this guy. I bought him as a male cal king, but I just wanted to make sure before he was entered into my colony. Thanks

That is definitely a very typical Eastern Kingsnake (L. getula getula). I have a couple myself and they are excellent snakes. They range along the Atlantic seaboard from New Jersey to northern Florida and as far west as western Alabama. They are also the largest and nominate subspecies of L. getula. The record is 84 inches. You should definitely keep this guy, but don't breed him with your California Kingsnakes.
