Well he certainly has enough room. Maybe you could put some more branches/ driftwood in there to use the height to its fullest. And maybe you could put a reptile hammock in there? good luck.

how big is the tank anyway? and how big is trogdors? i agree more branches would be ideal or maybe even some more greenery!!

the tank is a 55gal and trogdor is still just a baby at about 9 inches. And thanks for the input i think ill get some more branches and some fake cacti(spelling) for looks.

creepy.....my first name is brendan and I named my first varanid lizard trogdor. Beardies and monitors may not be the same but still......creepy

what is the substrate IT lokks like Desert Blend,crushed walnut shells.IWould put him on paper towels until he is a juvenile/adult.I did exactly what you did when I got a beardie he didnt get killed,but I wouldnt take the risk

It looks awsome. And yes, I would wait until he's a bit bigger before adding to much height. I cant wait until I get my beardie. Great pic!
