Turtle Set Up

UV light,some plants,do you have a filter?I think so.And mebbe some fishies.

Not just UV light but UVB light. A background would make the tank look 10 times nicer, also some plants. Also, I would secure that log to the side of the glass with suction cups so the turtle can get on it easier, and so it stays under the heat lamp (sry if it is secured, hard to tell from pic.)

You need somthing stable for a basking area.I used 3/4inch pvc to make a frame to attach a flat rock that sits above the water

I think the cage is probably a good size, although I would add some plants, add lots more substrate, and fix the basking spot so it can't float away from under the light.
