she looks like my cobult blue, but i could have been sold a miss named spider. sorry if im no help

Judging by the patterns on the cephalothorax and abdomen, it looks like a new-world species, maybe a Baboon Spider. Keep in mind that these Tarantulas are more aggressive and thier venom is more potent than old-world species, so be careful handling it.

In fact, old world t. (africa, asia...)tend to be more aggressive than new world's (south, central and north america, antilles, ect.)and not the contrary. Baboon spiders are from africa.

Ah, sorry. Got old & new world mixed up. But still, Baboons can be pretty nasty if you're not careful.

Sure thing, dealing with those spiders can be difficult but quite rewarding.
For the picture, it looks like a male h.lividum but i'm not quite sure.

my spider is the same as this. i have been told on this forum that if the spider is this size and has some blue then it is diffently a female.
