No, this is a Jumping Spider. Wolf Spiders look completely different from this, both in body design and coloration. I've seen some like this around my house both in Houston Texas as a kid and now in Oklahoma City. Wolf Spiders are terrestrial, living on the ground, while Jumping Spiders are arboreal, living in trees and on the sides of buildings.
