Is this a western or eastern? i remember catchin these in NC. All the ones i caught were very aggressive, hows this ones temper?? Very nice and healthy lookin snake!!!

Got to be the biggest hog ive ever seen. BTW i agree, Hogs are the most harmless of them all. Though I have seen one or two CBs that were agresive, but never a bite. Very nice hog though

Ok, I have to throw my $.02 here... I had, what I thought was, the biggest hog I had ever seen and it was HALF that size. Please tell me that you're 2'6" so I feel better?! DAAAAAAAAAAMN!!!!!!!!

Thanks for all the comments. Sorry it's taken me so long to respond (nearly 3 years!). I had this snake (a Western Hognose) for a number of years before she finally died in 2005. She came out of hibernation that year not wanting to eat. She developed a large tumor in her throat and died within a month. She was 970 grams and 39 1/2 inches when I measured and weighed her before hibernation in late 2004. She was near her peak size in this photo. Unfortunately she was opaque in the photo. This is my (then) 12 year old son holding her and it is absolutely a true photo.
