Lump removed from belly of baby Ball Python

Ummmm, I know I am going to sound like a real idiot, but what is that lump? How long did the snake have it? How was it removed? Wish you the best of luckwith that little python!

Maybe someone came up with a new creative way to smuggle crack from Africa and this one got away? Haha. Just kidding. Crack is an all-American drug created by the CIA during the Reagan administration so that can't be it.
