Not yet. I just got him a couple days ago. He's really tiny. I tried feeding him the same night, but he was too freaked out still. I'm going to give him a few more days before trying again. He seems much more comfortable in his surroundings today. I know...how do I know for sure?!! :)

Mine's not tried to bite, in fact he's really mellow. His (or her) name is "Summer".

I have a yearling, too. He's never tried to bite me. Are you feeding yours in the cage? It could be associating your hand with food?

mine has bitten me once, and thats cause i provoked it, i was tellin my family that when (usually) a snake bites it is more of a shock reaction than actually hurting

Most Balls are normally very calm, So are most Retics now too lol. I had a shipment of Baby balls in and I had one strike at me one time, but she also at a lot so as far as im concerned it was a one time thing, and its rare for a ball to be nasty but any snake can be, they all have there moments.

Hey futr-herper-PMK I got my female from the same show and she has been eating and has shed 2 times and is 25 in long. Man something is wrong with your bp. Don't take it harsh or nothing. Just letting you know that our snakes are the same age.
