Dragon Tank, almost complete

This is a first attempt in making a custom background. the tank is almost 100% complete. the uv/heat light wasnt set up just yet in this picture, we were still setting everything up and anxious to take some pics. we still plan on adding some nice foilege and working on a little pond. sorry for the blurry pics my camera is no good. opinions/comments are welcome. more (better) pics coming soon!

Looks great! What did you use, expanding foam and tile grout? I may try something similar if it's easy.

Its pretty easy to make, but it takes time if you want to make it good looking. And nerves of course :)

What did you coat the silicone with? I used the method many times with my darts, wanna give my leopards some thing better.

Great background! Hey does the heat from the lamp melt or make the great stuff soft. And how about the fumes, do they go away with time or does it still smell a little after a while? please explain the whole process of making the background, i would like to know how to build a great background like yours.
