To be perfectly honest, Im no Orinthologist, and I havent a clue as to what species this bird is. It sure knows how to bat those eyelashes though! Beautiful critter!!!

I wish you coulda seen this bird in person. The bird handler taught him this little trick that when you pet him and tell him hes "pretty", he lowers his head and bats his eyelashes!! I should have gotten that on video! Soooo adorable!!

I think that's a Phillipine eagle which if I'm not mistaken is the biggest or close to the biggest eagle in the world.

it's actually an Philippine Eagle Owl which is one of the biggest owls in the world. it is also endangered.
The Philippine Eagle loves to eat the Pilippine Eagle Owl(this owl)
my neighbor has the biggest owl in the world; the Eurasian Eagle Owl!
i have a barn owl, white-faced scops owl, bengal eagle owl, and some kind of eagle owl(i forgot which one...)
