It does look as if it may be worms. Is this from your conda? If so, is she wc? It would be best to bring the crap to the vet for a test. If you want, I could recomend you a good vet from NJ.

looks like a some sort of flatworm, good chance it is a tapeworm. A lot of tapeworm!

what ever rep that is has a very bad case of tape worms and you should get that tookin care of as soon as possible or death may occur
