Keywords: milk snake
Found this in my basement in north west Indiana a few days ago and today it layed egg's. Trying to find out if its a milk snake, rat snake or a gopher snake so I know how to care for em.
That my friend is an eastern milk snake. And quite a nice one at that. Good luck with the eggs.

Well if I could help you hatch them with any advice from the few clutches I've hatched I would say to place them in moistened vermiculite and keep them around 84-86 degrees. I think they should hatch in around 50-60 days, though I could be wrong. I've never hatched milks before but my kings hatched in about 60. Before I was really into the snake hobby I would simply put WC snake eggs in potting soil and usually had 100% hatch rate also.
