hi Neil...nice pics...but ...the flat board???i use flat boards too and thought it was great..like why not??? ..turns out it seems to be better to use round logs...especially with gravid females ..this allows them to kind of move their eggs to the side and might help their systems to function better...good luck...billy

hello billy, thanks for the comment, i'm still waiting for my logs to come, it's hard to get them here,hahaha
btw, i like your croc enclosure... how big was it? mine is 8x8x18ft... i use a mixture of sand/topsoil/leaflitter.. actually this cage was intended for ornamental plants, luckily, nobody is good enough in keeping plants that's why i modified it for gray's enclosure...Neil

Neil...my cages suck...i need to rebuild soon..a cage is a prison we provide..i do think that because of the times we are living in..destroying so much habitat so fast that the folks working on breeding might play a major role in the ultimate survival of many species..so good luck to you..hope you will continue to work hard and fast with the grays......billy

thanks for the kind words...btw, i add more round logs on the enclosure, the grays is using all of it...i'll post the pics of the enclosure soon... thanks again!!!
